Do you want to Upgrade or downgrade your mbembership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time during your contract. Upgrades take effect immediately and start a new subscription with its own end date. Downgrades are not possible during the contract period and can only be done once the current contract ends.
Do you want to cancell your Membership?
Cancellation is only possible after completing the initial contract period. After the initial contract period, you may cancel at any time.
Cancellations take effect 30 days after we receive your request, meaning we work with a one-month notice period.
